Administrative work for contract amendment for time extension. Task 2 Preliminary Design • None. Issues or complications encountered during this period include: • Outstanding issue: Following discussions with the City on March 29th, the City authorized Kennedy Jenks to conduct additional survey/title work. Kennedy Jenks issued a project change request documenting the request and would endeavor to execute the work within the existing budget. We were unable to complete the added work within the existing budget authorization. We have requested an amendment to cover the cost of the additional scope of work. This final invoice includes the cost associated with closeout activities. Key Upcoming Activities and Action Items • Budget amendment and closeout contract Progress Summary As of the close of this period, there was $00.00 remaining in the budget and an additional effort expended of$1,496.26 for the additional title effort identified last month and project closeout activities. The budget report included provides a task-level breakdown of the budget. While some tasks have remaining budget, other tasks have been overspent to address needs of the project. Task 110 budget is overspent due to the extended schedule of the project and additional effort associated with ongoing project management. Task 240 included ongoing concept refinement and additional renderings to support the City's outreach to property owners. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to the City.
