SUMMARY:The City of Bremerton and Kitsap County entered into an agreement for incarceration
of prisoners on January 22, 2018, and subsequently entered into amended
agreements through December 31, 2024. The 2025 daily rate has been increased to $204.00, from
the 2024 daily rate of $157.05,per calendar day for each incarcerated individual.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement withKitsap County for Housing Incarcerated Individuals,
andauthorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
