SUMMARY:Discuss the $1.3million allocated in the 2024 non-departmental fund for the Bremerton
hybrid shelter projectcomprised of $1.1 million of ARPA and $200,000 ofReal Estate Excise Tax
The funds remain unobligated, requiring a discussion to establish obligation criteria and ensure
commitment before the December 31, 2024, deadline set by the US Department of Treasury.
Proposed to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Bremerton Housing Authority to establish
obligation of funding.
