SUMMARY:The City would like to grant award of a3year renewalforthe Operation and
Management of Gold Mountain Golfas requested from Columbia Hospitality andper the terms
awarded in section 3.1 of the agreement.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Contract Modification Agreement No. 1 with Columbia Hospitality, Inc. for the
Management and Operations of Gold Mountain Golf Course;and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
