SUMMARY:The City would like to grant award of a 6 year renewalforthe Operation and
Management of the Kitsap Conference Center as requested from Columbia Hospitality andper the
terms awarded in section 3.1 of the agreement.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Contract Modification Agreement No. 1 with Columbia Hospitality, Inc. for the
Management and Operation of the Kitsap Conference Center;and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
