SUMMARY:
were presented to the City Council at the October 23rd Study Session and a public hearing was held
during the regular City Council meeting on November 6th where public testimony as heard. Council
postponed action on the funding recommendations to the November 20th meeting pending additional
information an analysis by CDBG staff. A memo was provided to City Council on November 8th and
additional information and analysis was discussed during the Council study session on November
13th. This information and corresponding exhibits and attachments can be found in theCouncil
meeting packet from November 13th. From Council discussion at the November 13th study session,
recommendations. If approved, these submissions will be sent to the Department of Housing and

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): None. Block Grant is a pass-through funding from
the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Federal Department of Treasury.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to pass Resolution No.3389approving the 2025 funding recommendations to be included in
the 2025 Action Plan to HUD and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agency grant
agreements with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
