SUMMARY:
Provide for the joint undertaking to establish, implement, and manage EVOC training. This training is
required on an annual basis of law enforcement personnel.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
Administrative fee of approximately $750 for each training date. This amount has been approved by
Council and it is in the Bremerton
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Interlocal Agreement and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approve Deny Table Continue No Action
