SUMMARY:Ordinance to amend and re-establish the 2025 Utility Assessments, Rates, Fees, and
Charges.
ATTACHMENTS:1. Ordinance No.5501; and 2. Exhibit A
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): Misc. Fees and Charges were adjusted by
change in the Construction Cost Index for all urban consumers, Seattle for the month ending August
31, 2024.The Utility rates are incorporated in the2025-2026 Proposed Biennial Budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to pass Ordinance No. 5501amending and re-establishing 2025 Assessments, Rates, Fees,
andCharges for Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, and other related services.
