SUMMARY:
Financial Assistance Program (SFAP) to construct a stormwater treatment system on Francis St.
This site discharges runoff from 69acres of commercial, residential, and arterial transportation areas
into Kitsap Lake.
ATTACHMENTS:1) Ecology SFAP grant agreement: No. WQC-2025-BremPW-00030 Francis
Street Outfall Stormwater Treatment Construction.
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):Total grant amount is $1,636,143.53
($1,390,722.00 grant and $245,421.53 match funds from Stormwater Capital). The project is in the
approved StormwaterCIP.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to accept the grant and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approve Deny Table Continue No Action
