SUMMARY:
As part of the ongoing 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update, this discussion is intended to gather
feedback from the City Council on the HousingElement of the City's Comprehensive Plan.
The Housing element is intended to demonstratethat the City has planned for a sufficient number of
housing units to account for forecasted population increases, this includes housing for different
income levels and housing types.A presentation providing a full overview of the Housing Element will
beprovided at the meeting.The attachedMemo contains resources documenting review of the
Housing Element that has occurred thus far.
