Adjustment
SUMMARY:The City would toexecute Amendment 1 to theagreement withCommonstreet
Consulting, LLC.The homelessness response rate was initially estimated to be at a rate of 21 cases
per month but has resulted in an actual rate of 46 cases per month. As a result,the City would like to
request a budget adjustment from existing funds from the Parking Fund balance for the additional
$46,467.50and in support of this amendment.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve,a budget adjustmentin the amount of $46,647.50to the parking fund, from existing
reserves,andauthorizethe Mayor to finalize and execute Amendment1tothe Commonstreet
Consulting, LLC homelessness response services agreementwith substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
