Re: Notice of Mutual Contract Termination
Dear Mr. Forte and Mr. Vargas:
As you know,the City of Bremerton and Vestis Services, LLC, entered into an agreement for the
provision of uniform via the Washington State DES contract effective 4/1/2016.
Please consider this letter notice of a mutual termination of service per section 16.1(a) as the as
the agreement requires.
The city under Section 16.1 of the agreement is requesting the service to cease for both
accounts, #890038636 and #890038637, 30 days from the date of this letter. Please confirm
mutually agreed upon termination via email upon receipt of this letter.
