SUMMARY:The City and Kitsap County wish to continue to provide the benefitsof the Kitsap
County Volunteer Litter Cleanup program to the Citizens of Bremerton and for this reason wish to
enter into agreement tofor the utilization of the Kitsap County Adopt-A-Spot Program Interlocal
Agreement.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve KC-216-24Interlocal Agreement between Kitsap County and the City of Bremerton
for Volunteer Litter Cleanup Services;and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement
with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
