SUMMARY:
City Council adopted Resolution No. 3386which renamed the Eastside Village Subarea to Harrison
Municipal Code and therefore those references need to be amended to reflect the name change to
multiple ordinances.
One code section proposed to be amended islocated in the Title 20 Zoning Code. Ordinarily, in order
to amend the ZoningCodethe Planning Commission process would be required. However, BMC
20.18.050Minor Corrections allows for an amendment to the Code that does not result any
substantive change to the content or meaning of a code provision to move forward without utilizing
the Planning Commission process.
