SUMMARY:
The community of the City of Bremerton desires to rename the Eastside Village Subarea to Harrison
Heights Subarea in recognition of Angie and Benjamin Harrison, the founders of Harrison Hospital. In
addition, there is desire for a memorial in honor of the Harrisons in the area of the old Harrison
Hospital.The action before the Council is to approve a Resolution for therenaming and
establishment of a memorial.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to pass Resolution No. 3386and authorize the renaming of the Eastside Village Subarea Plan
to Harrison Heights Subarea Plan.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approve Deny Table Continue No Action
