SUMMARY:The original contract with Parametrix, Inc.was executed on 7/29/22in the amount of
$118.723.Contract Modification No. 1 increased the contract amount by $18,442.55 resulting in a
revised contract amount not to exceed $137,165.55. This contract modification(in the amount of
$29,215.71) includes additional hours that were required during the A/E phasedue to historic landfill
andEngineering Services During Construction, and results in a total contract amount not to exceed
166,381.26.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): Funding for this project was approved by City
Council on 7/3/24.No budget adjustment is required for Contract Modification No. 2.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Contract Modification No. 2 with Parametrix, Inc.for Engineering Services During
Constructionfor the Haddon Park Renovation Project; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute
the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
