SUMMARY:
The approved 2024Facilities CIPbudget includes190kforthe replacement ofexistingroofing
materialsand guttersealingon the Puget Sound Navy Museum.The total price for all work
associated is NTE $164,257.57.This includes a $20,000 force account to cover any unforeseen
issues.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
$164,257.57(includes Sales Tax)
This project, which is part of the City of BrCapital Improvement Plan
(CIP), will be funded through Real Estate Excise Tax (REET) revenues as allocated in the 2024
budget.
STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Public Works Agreement with Axiom Division 7 for $164,257.57;andauthorize
the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
COUNCIL ACTION: Approve Deny Table Continue No Action
