SUMMARY:
The owner has requested that the water easement recording number200209190155, benefitting the
City of Bremerton be relinquished. The use that it was originally acquired for is no longer needed. A
water main extension has been completed for the Sinclair Ridge Phase 1 subdivision in an equivalent
area; the water main has been dedicated to the City and is within a right-of-way that has been
dedicated to the City. In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 35.94.040, the
release request must be determined by a resolution of the legislative authorityafter apublic hearing
is held. The action before the Council is to approve a Resolution for the utility easement
relinquishment.
