SUMMARY:This Contract provides for the repair of the boat ramp at Evergreen
Rotary Park. Work includes installation of City-provided Ultrablock for retaining walls, pressure
grouting voids under the existing ramp, backfill, and beach debris removal. Bid solicitations were
sent to six construction firms listed on the MRSC Small Works Roster. A single bid was received on
June 27, 2024 from Redside Construction for $184,887.61(including sales tax).

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the contract with Redside Construction, LLC in the amount of $184,887.61
(including sales tax) for the Evergreen Rotary Park Boat Ramp Repair project and authorize the
Mayorto finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
