SUMMARY:The City would like to repeal Resolution No. 3345aligning the Small Works Roster
Resolution with the newchangesincluded in SB 5268 and RCW 39.04.151-155.Resolution No.
3384allowsCity staff continuedbenefits of the MRSC Roster Services including thenew option to
use direct contracting when the expected project value is less than $150,000andwhen there are six
(6)or more SmallDisadvantaged Business Enterprises listed in the appropriate roster work category.

engineering and other professional services via the MRSCRosterprocess.
