SUMMARY:The City of Bremerton and DayWireless Corporationwish to enter into aLicense
Agreementallowing DWSto place equipment at their expense on the Cheryl Street Tower and use
space within the associated facilities building. The Tower is part of the public works water utility
portfolioand managed by the Facilities division.This placement would add a minimum of $78,000
over a period of 10 years to the Facilities division budget.
