SUMMARY:The attached Department of Archeology & Historic Preservation (DAHP) Grant will
provide $20,040 to replace fencing at Ivy Green Cemetery.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): This $20,040 grant requires no matching funds.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve a grant agreement with Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation for the
Ivy Green Cemetery Fence Improvement project and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the sameterms and conditions as presented.
