SUMMARY:
This Contract provides for the improvement of the west and east forks of Anderson Creek. Work
includes removal of existing dams and stream channel construction, installation and maintenance of
erosion and sediment controls. Four bids were received and were opened on May 30, 2024. Tucci &
Sons, Inc. was the lowest responsive bidder with a total bid in the amount of $1,391,656.81
(including sales tax).

STUDY SESSION ACTION:Consent Agenda General Business Public Hearing
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the contract with Tucci & Sons, Inc.in the amount of $1,391,656.81(including sales
tax) for the Anderson Creek Dam Removals Project;and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute
the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
