SUMMARY:
The approved 2024 budget includesthe replacement of theVAC-CONEVACTORtruckas described
in the attached summary.Total replacement cost including sales tax is $704,566.98.
The replacementvehicle will be purchased using the DES Contract#00120.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of a Vactor 2115iPump Truckin the amount of $704,566.98;and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
