Dear Mr. Riley,
Further to our in-person discussions in recent months, and as reflected in Article 3 of our current
Management Agreements, please accept this letter as Columbia Hospitality’s formal request to
renew both the Kitsap Conference Center Management Agreement, and the Gold Mountain Golf
Club Management Agreement for two (2) consecutive three-year terms.
As you know, the current management agreements expire on December 31, 2024, and the
acceptance of our notice to renew would extend the terms of the management agreements to
December 31, 2030.
We feel honored to have served the City of Bremerton and to have partnered with the community in
stewarding these extraordinary assets. We are extremely proud of our achievements together and
we are hopeful we will have the opportunity to continue our work with the Bremerton community.
On behalf of everyone at Columbia Hospitality, and especially those team members that bring the
spirit of hospitality to life every moment of every day at Kitsap Conference Center and Gold
