Executive Correspondence Routing Memo

Description: Professional Services Agreement with Materials Testing & Consulting, Inc., to
provide Materials Testing Services for the City’s 6th Street Preservaton Phase II Project. The City
advertised Requests for Qualifications and received one submittal. Materials Testing &
Consulting, Inc., demonstrated a strong ability to deliver the high quality project the City
desires.
Fiscal Impact: Agreement amount is not to exceed $ 11,697.03; budgeted for in the 6th Street
Preservations Phase II Capital Project Budget.
Action Requested: Review and Signature
**PLEASE NOTE as this is contract is federally funded, a condition of our funding must be
executed by Mayor Wheeler**
