Subject: Letter of Assignment of Professional Services Agreement(s) – Marine Drive Water Replacement,
PN 20102
Dear Bill Davis:
As advised, KPG, P.S. has become part of the PSOMAS family. As part of that decision, all of KPG’s owners
and other key employees have accepted employment positions with PSOMAS. With over 600 employees
in the Western States, PSOMAS is a leading provider of professional services including surveying &
geospatial, engineering, land use entitlement/planning, construction/project management, and
environmental planning/resource management.
The merger of these highly ranked and reputable firms strengthens KPG’s resource and service profile,
resulting in further benefit for City of Bremerton. This merger was effective January 1, 2022 and until
further notice, KPG, P.S. will be doing business as KPG Psomas.
KPG currently has an agreement with City of Bremerton dated 11/20/2020, to provide professional
services in connection with its project(s) (the “Agreement”).
In an effort to ensure that City of Bremerton continues to receive high quality services, KPG wishes to
hereby assign the Agreement to KPG Psomas Inc. (the “Assignment”). KPG Psomas Inc. fully assumes all
of KPG’s rights, duties, obligations and responsibilities under the Agreement.
Further, attached are Certificates of Insurance from KPG Psomas Inc., evidencing its insurance coverage
for the project(s).
Consistent with the terms of the Agreement, KPG Psomas is requesting that City of Bremerton consent to
such Assignment. Please be assured that the specific project personnel assigned to City of Bremerton’s
project will remain the same.
Please indicate City of Bremerton’s consent to this Assignment by having an authorized representative
sign below. Upon City of Bremerton’s consent, the Agreement will be deemed assigned effective April 1,
2022. Until then, you will continue to receive invoices and related documentation from KPG.
