Also 1-02(8) are incorporated by reference. The contract appears to incorporate all Standard Specifications unless modified and 1-02(8) is not modified. Again, I don’t think it is necessarily an issue. FIXED Page II-7, Section 1-02.4(1) It says first sentence of the last paragraph…I believe that it should be the seventh paragraph, not the last paragraph, but they should double check that. DOUBLE CHECKED – THE LANGUAGE IS THE SAME AS THE AWPA GSP – NO CHANGE Page II-35, at the bottom, it says LO=liquidated damages, it should be LD=liquidated damages based on the formula right above it. FIXED Question:Is this a WSDOT/USDOT funded project? I’m curious about the use of the USDOT non-collusionform and provisions 1-02.8(1) and 1-02.8(2) if this is not a WSDOT/USDOT project. THIS FORMIS POSSIBLY JUST A LEGACY FROM OTHER PROJECTS AND NOT NEEDED, BUT IT SHOULDN’T CAUSE AN ISSUE IF WE LEAVE IT IN. I COULDN’T FIND THE PROVISIONS1-02.8(1) AND (2), WE MUST HAVE TAKEN THEM OUT.
