Description: Execute Change Order No. 2 with Pape & Sons Construction, Inc. for the 6th
Street Sewer Replacement project. An increased amount of $5,753.79 was added due
installation of 48” MH at 16th and Warren Avenue, installation of 8” PVC pipe section at Burwell
St. and High Avenue, and removal of protruding lateral at 6th St and Park Avenue.
Fiscal Impact: This project is included in the 2021 Wastewater Capital Budget. This change
order is under the Mayor's approval authority.
Action Requested: Review and signature and e-mail back to Noreen Bolo. This contract is
being routed electronically only.
