B. Project Scope / Tasks (no change):
1 Complete Environmental Review.
2 Procure accessible playground options and select preferred alternative with public feedback. Select
accessible picnic tables and benches.
3 Procure building permit for playground footings.
4 Procure bids from non-City contractors for post install and safety surfacing.
5 Install playground by City Parks Crew with help from volunteers during community-build day. Install
accessible picnic tables and benches.
6 Track short and long term successes through the following measurable outcomes for Bremerton:
Accesssible playground at Haddon Park.

Maintain required records and track relevant data to demonstrate CDBG program successes,
including number of unduplicated clients served, separating the counts between the City and the
County, including race and ethnicity.
8 Submit quarterly reports and billing vouchers in a timely manner
9 Submit photos (JPEG) of the program in action with your final quarterly report
