Dear Franchise Administrator:
As part of our ongoing commitment to keep you and our customers informed about changes to
Xfinity TV services, we wanted to notify you that the Enlace channel will no longer be available as
part of our lineup. As a function of this change, we have implemented a channel slate (advising of
unavailability) on the channel and activated www.xfinity.com/programmingchanges to help keep our
customers informed during this period.
