SUMMARY:
The City will be soliciting bids in Spring 2024 for the construction of Quincy Square. The project will
th
reconstruct 4Street from Washington to Pacific Avenue. This agreement with Consor will provide
construction management, inspection, and material testing services for the project. The scope of
work includes full-time inspection, construction management, documentation, administrative support,
and public outreach support. The contract value is $372,195.23.
ATTACHMENTS:
(1)Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): The project is included in the Transportation
CapitalFund, and this contract is within the budget for the project. The overall budget for Quincy
Square is $5,500,000.

Move to approve the contract with Consor North America, Inc.,for construction management and
