SUMMARY:
DOE is providing a no match grant for $130,000 to assist in the implementation and management of
the municipal stormwater program. The overall goal is to improve water quality by reducing
stormwater pollutants discharged to state water bodies.

State Department of Ecology and City of Bremerton
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
A $130,000 no match grant to the Stormwater Utility to assist with implementation of the NPDES
Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit requirementsbeginning July 1, 2023through March 31, 2025.
