SUMMARY:
This award agreement is for the appropriation of $100,000 for the purpose of augmenting funding of
the Therapeutic Court Services program, designed to serve defendants charged with misdemeanor
crimes who have co-occurring mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders receive
wraparound services. This program is funded to serve up to twenty (20) individuals.
