Description: Goods and Services Agreement with Intertek/Professional Service Industries, Inc..
Agreement provides for Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services for the
Kitsap Way & Warren Avenue Signal & Multimodal Project.
Fiscal Impact: Agreement is in the amount of $19,198.00 and is funded from the Project
Budget. Contract is not eligible for grant reimbursement; paid for from City portion (REET) of
the project budget that is included in the 2022 CIP. Per BMC 2.76 the agreement amount falls
under the Public Works Directors’ Signature authority.
