AMENDMENT TO INVESTMENT ADVISORY
SERVICES AGREEMENT
PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT: To provide for the extension of the Investment Advisory Services Agreement
between the City of Bremerton and Government Portfolio Advisors and updated fee for the renewal period. This
amendment updates the original agreement dated September 2020 and will extend the term for 24 months to
September 1, 2025. The fee for the renewal period will be $25,000 annually.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the original agreement
apply to this Amendment.
