A. Project Description
Business Education Support and Training program
B. Project Scope / Tasks:

Our flagship program is our 8-week Business Basics program that helps a new business: (1)
Develop their business concept; (2) Define and understand their target customer base; (3)
Learn about money management and break-even point analysis; (4) Study cash flow, pricing,
taxes and financial statements; (5) Learn how to set up operations including legal structure;
(6) Design a marketing and sales plan; and (7) Develop their own basic business plan.

In addition to our eight week business training program, we offer ongoing support for our
graduates including: one-on-one coaching with business professionals who are experts in their
field (marketing, sales, social media, bookkeeping, taxes and much more); advanced business
workshops; networking events to encourage and create opportunities for BE$T graduates to
network with other business owners.
11 Submit quarterly reports and billing vouchers in a timely manner.
12 Participate in on-site agency monitoring before final close-out of the contract.
