CHANGE ORDER NO. 03

Kitsap Lake Park Improvements
INTRODUCTION
This exhibit presents Parametrix’s proposed scope of work (SOW) for Change Order No. 03 under our current
contract for the Kitsap Lake Park Renovation project. The work consists of providing services to support
identification and monitoring of potential heron nests near the project site.
An updated schedule for the project is provided in Exhibit B and our proposed budget is attached as Exhibit C.
The following tasks are associated with this SOW.
Task 02 – Permitting
Objective
Support the City in identifying and monitoring potential heron nests near the project site.
Activities
The following activities would be performed as part of this task:
Perform up to 3 site visits of up to 4 hours each to observe nest presence and activity
Document observations and coordinate with the WDFW permit manager.
Upload a WDFW permit application amendment, if required.
Deliverables
The following updated permit applications are deliverables associated with this task:
Filed notes in email format
WDFW HPA permit application amendment
Assumptions
The following assumptions apply to this task:
Up to 3 site visits will be conducted at a maximum of 4 hours each.
