SUMMARY:Council President Coughlin caught an error in the September 20, 2023 meeting
minutes, it was determined that there was another error for Item 6A where the Yes and No votes
were transposed. City Clerk reviewed the errors and determined the best option for correcting the
approved
words or text previously adopted.This motion would be used as a main motion and there is no time
limit on making the amendment to something previously approved.

Move to amend the motion passed on October 4, 2023 to approve the September 20, 2023 meeting
minutes and amend the minutes to correct:
1.Item 6A Motion to Postpone vote tally from 4-Yes and 3-No to 3-Yes and 4-No; and
2.Item 6B Motion to Postpone
from 2-Yes and 5-No to 3-Yes and 4-No.
