SuperStar Media may purchase parldng permits in the amount of $45 per monthly parking permit for employees for the purpose of parldng motor vehicle(s) in the Parking Garage, subject to availability. Such vehicle(s) shall be parked one vehicle per space and such vehicle(s) shall be parked entirely within the parking space on Level 3 or above of the Parldng Garage. Parlang passes are to be obtained from Diamond Parking by SuperStar Media employees, who will provide employment verification with identification when obtaining parldng passes. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the SuperStar Media shall not enter into any other sublicense of the premises or any portion thereof or any assignment of any interest in this Agreement, or engage in any activity with respect to or on the premises other than the express use(s) and purpose(s) stipulated herein, without obtaining the prior written authorization therefore from the City. The term of this Agreement shall be from May 25, 2010 to December 31, 2010; however, either party shall have the option to terminate this Agreement at any time.
