Yes. Thanks for email and for accommodating our request.
Given our difficulties related to the Marina Square Garage equipment, can we extend the Washington
Ave Parking, one more month (January 2023) to be able to accommodate the marina parking
difficulties and the transition process with the new garage? Hopefully this email would be
satisfactory for documentation, but I can provide an official letter if required. Thanks again.

another month and also reverse our meter changes. I have billing ready to bill for January.

Happy Solstice! and I hope I can assist with the parking
Your current agreement takes you through the end of this month as we do not have any prorated
allowance or discounts included. We will not be removing Port signage until January and likely not
until after the 3rd. If you needed the space further into January I will let our Facilities division know
right away and I would say it will be best to retract the recent letter and request one more full month
of hold-over.

Hi again Melinda,
Hope your Solstice is going well. This weather has been fun. I am thinking that you would be in
Hawaii, enjoying your Christmas this week, and not able to answer this email.
Well, I am reaching out with one more request.
We have been experiencing electronic door malfunctions at the Maria Square parking garage. We
have been assured the repairs would be in place the first week of January. I would like to explore the
options of a soft landing or a 10 day extension with the Washington Avenue Garage while these
repairs are being made.
Would that be something that might be available to explore?
I appreciate your considering tis request and I hope you are having a great holiday season.
