The hall will be returned to its prior condition upon completion of event (tables
and chairs cleaned and arranged, floor swept).
Payment Details: Usage will be invoiced after each event or monthly.
The Bremerton Municipal Court will only be charged on days the facility is
actually used. The Court will notify Chaz/Eagles via phone call by Monday of the
current week to advise if the facility will be needed the current week.
The following cancellation policy will be in effect:
• If cancellation is made prior to 10:00 am Wednesday of the current week, no
fee will be charged.
■ If cancellation is made after 10:00 am Wednesday of the current week, 50%
of the rental fee will be assessed. ($50.00)
1"EM'NInCATION. Each party hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the other party,
its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers harmless from guy and all claims, injuries,
damages, losses or suits, including all legal costs and attorney fees, arising out of or in connection
with the performance of this Agreement. The parities' obligation to indemnify one another shall
not extend to that portion of damages caused by the parties' sole negligence.
The provisions of this section shall survive the expiration or termination of this ,Agreement.
