SUMMARY:
In November2022, the City executed a contract with DKS for the design of the Pedestrian Crossing
Safety Project in the amount of $220,049.25. The proposed Supplement No. 1increases the contract
value by $66,493.87to a new total of $286,543.12; the work includes additional design workand
Right-Of-Way (ROW) services.The supplement is a WSDOT standard agreement with its standard
terms and conditions.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): This project is fully funded by a Highway Safety
Improvement Program (HSIP) Grant.

with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
