SUMMARY:Staff have negotiated with Parametrixand two sub-consultants (a public outreach firm
and a transportation modeling company) to assist with the 2024 updates to the Transportation
Element of the Comprehensive Plan and associated Non-Motorized Transportation plan. Together,
these plans establish the vision for future improvements to transportation facilities in the City, and
outline resources needed to implement the vision.

Capital Projects fund.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to authorize the Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc. for the Transportation
Element of the Comprehensive Plan;and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement
with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
