RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to accept the Grant Agreement between TheStateof Washington, Office of the Secretary of
State, Archives and Records Management Division, and the City of Bremertonfor the Laserfiche
Records Management Edition module and expansion of Laserfiche licenses andamend the IT
budget the amount of $34,645and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
