Gold Mountain operates as an Enterprise Fund with all expenses including operation and maintenance, capital purchases and debt service being covered by revenue generated through golf and facility operations. The Golf Management Agreement with Columbia Hospitality, Inc. requires 4% of gross revenues generated be set aside in a reserve fund to be used for capital facility and equipment purchases needed to support golf operations. Pricing for the proposed equipment has been publicly bid through state contracts.
