SUMMARY:The Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for lift station CW-1 are currently fifteen years
old. WW staff received a letter from the vendor that the existing PowerFlex700 VFDs will no longer
be supported after July 2023. Staff received a quote from North Coast for three PowerFlex Ai 755
VFDs and associated electrical components for the sum of $126,587.34 including applicable
Washington state sales tax.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the purchase of three PowerFlexAi 755 VFDs and associated electrical
components through a Goods and Services Agreement for $126,587.34including tax, and authorize
the Mayor to finalize and execute the purchase with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
