SUMMARY:
Human Resources desires to add Decisionpoint Financial, LLC and Spectrum Pension Consultants,
Inc. as an administrator of the City of Bremerton Amended and Restated 457(b) Supplemental
Retirement Program Plan.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve DecisionpointFinancial, LLC and Spectrum Pension Consultants, Inc.as an
additional administrator of the City of Bremerton Amended and Restated 457(b) Supplemental
Retirement Program Plan and authorize the employer administrators, authorized by the Mayor,to
finalize and execute the agreementswith substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
