SUMMARY:
Requests for Proposals were advertised to construct the interior space improvements, new crew
break room, load rated deck storage mezzanine, fire wall, doors, windowsand secure automotive
parts storage areas at the Equipment Services Building located at 104 Oyster Bay Avenue N.Low
bid was TEC Construction, Inc., of Poulsbo, WA. The Department requests approval of the bid
award to TEC Construction,Inc. in the bid amount of $321,510.00.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
Bid amount is $321,510.00 including WA State Sales Tax. This project is included in the 2023 Water
Capital Fund.
