SUMMARY:Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc. provides the city-wide automated traffic photo
enforcement program which includes processing of infraction data and issuance of citations in nine
locations across the City. In 2022 the City determined that revenue should go tothe residential street
fund. This amendment renews the current agreement for a two-year period with minor updates to
administrative services provided by Redflex. This contract remains cost neutral with a fixed fee of
$4,000 per month per location.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Amendment No. 2 to the Photo Enforcement Services Agreement with Redflex
Traffic Systems, Inc.;and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
